24 Hour cancelation notice is required to avoid charge for service
- Full payment is due the day of service
- We accept cash and check, personal or business
- A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
- QTM is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or personal items
- Any sexual remarks or advances will terminate the session and the client will be responsible for payment in full.
- All SET treatments are 90 minutes long with a fee of $130.00 per treatment.
